Size & Suitability
How do I measure to get the right size?
3 simple steps:
- Breathe in slightly,
- Tighten the measuring tape around your waist to your skin,
- Note the measurement.

How do I know if a shapewear is suitable for my body shape?
Click on Suitability on each product page to find out if it's perfect for your body type.
I want my shapewear to be tight and secure. Should I select 1 size down for the shapewear I want?
Sugar Shapewear's size charts are exclusively tailored to fit your exact body measurements.
We do not recommend to down/up-size, unless you have a pear-shaped body or other special conditions such as medical reasons.
I followed the size charts but now that I received my shapewear, it looks small. Is that normal?
Totally! Shapewear is known for its stretchability and the way it hugs your body with a snug fit.
As long as you measured according to our instructions and followed our size chart, it will fit you!

Do you have a physical store or showroom for me to try on the shapewear before purchase?
Our Showroom is currently closed until February 2025. (We're moving!)

Order, Exchange & returns
How to order?
You can place an order easily through our online store on www.sugarshapewear.com, visit our showroom during opening hours, or shop at our pop-up stores for a personalised shapewear shopping experience.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
While we wish could, once your order is confirmed, we cannot process cancellations, refunds, or returns.
However, if you realise you need to make a change to your order, please let us know within 15 minutes of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you offer exchanges?
Our customers, like you, prefer their shapewear brand new and unused. Hence, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns once an order is confirmed or has been delivered to your doorstep.
So please double check your shapewear size and selection before checking out.
How can I contact you if I need help with my order?
You can contact us via Instagram or Facebook Messenger for a quick response.
You can also email us at hello@sugarshapewear.com, but please note that it may take awhile for us to reply. For urgent inquiries, social media is your fastest option.
Shipping & Pick Up
You can choose to pick up your order at Sugar Shapewear HQ during our operating hours or select doorstep delivery at checkout page.
When will I receive my order?
If you place an order online and select doorstep delivery, your order will arrive at your doorstep within 3-4 working days.

Self-collection is currently unavailable until further notice. (We're moving!)
If you need your items urgently, please reach out to us via Instagram DM.
What is the shipping process?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
When your order has been packed and picked up for delivery, you will receive another email notification.
For shipping tracking details, please chat with us on Instagram.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to ASEAN countries at the moment.
Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Pop-Up Stores | Order
When you shop at our pop-up stores, our standard order policies above apply. However, size exchanges are offered strictly within the pop-up store period.
Please approach our team at the pop-up for any sizing exchange related requests. If you can’t return to the pop-up, send us a DM on Instagram or email at hello@sugarshapewear.com within 3 days of your purchase, and we’ll assist you from there.
Pop-Up | Pre-Orders
For pre-orders at our pop-up stores, we will seek your acknowledgment before processing the checkout to confirm you agree to the pre-order shapewear arrival time.
Details will be included in the invoice sent to the email you provided during checkout.
We thank you for your patience, delivery confirmation and pick-up details will be sent to your email 3 days before your order is ready or delievered.
