HOW TO WEAR THE AIRWAIST TRAINER

Position & Wrap

Position and wrap the AirWaist Trainer around the smallest part of your waist.

Suck in

Suck in your belly and begin hooking from the bottom. This helps lift your tummy instead of pushing tummy fat down.

PULL DOWN

After hooking to the middle, suck in your belly and firmly pull the front part of your AirWaist Trainer.

FINAL ADJUSTMENTS

Pull your bra out to place it over or outside your shapewear. Make sure the front part of your Airwaist Trainer is positioned lower than the back part.
